130 Push Jerks, 175/125

120 Toes to bar

110 Dumbbell power cleans, 50/35s

100 Front squats, 175/125

90 Dumbbell box step overs, 50/35s

80 Burpees, over your partner

*Divide the reps between the 2 people in any manner, however all push jerks must be completed before beginning the toes to bar. All toes to bar must be completed before the cleans, etc, etc. (No rack for the push jerks and front squats, unless necessary.)

Beer Mile (Time)

Drink a beer

Run 400m

4 rounds for time
