Before the thrusters, we will do death by burpee box jump overs (facing, 24/20″). For every minute you complete, subtract 5 thrusters from the workout. So if you complete 11 total rounds, you only have 45 thrusters to do for time. Start thrusters exactly 3 minutes after your final burpee round.
