In teams of 4, members start at different stations. Each will complete the reps for their station and rotate as a group. Workout is done when everyone has done all reps at all stations.
Station 1: Alternating one arm dumbbell snatch 50/35lb
Station 2: Burpee
Station 3: Dumbbell thruster 35/25lb
Station 4: Rest
