17.5! This workout places a challenge on our classes and coaches. So to keep classes at an hour, we are going to ask you to help us out. If you cannot rx this workout in 20 minutes or less, you will need to do the scaled option IF you’re doing 17.5 during a class. If you want to push the 40 minute time cap, please attend the Friday Night Lights and get into a long heat or come to open gym on Sunday. Thank you for understanding!
