Those of you participating in the Whole Life Challenge, please plan to meet at the gym at 8:30a this Saturday for the measurements and initial workout test!
Be sure to get your kitchen’s cleared out BEFORE Saturday!

You guys excited for the barbque this saturday? things kick off after the 10am class. We will be providing the meat dishes so please bring a side to share and your own beverages and your party pants

* Weight can stay the Same across, or go Up each set (not Down!). If you did the 4×10 last week then try going Heavier (MAINTAIN FORM!!!!!!). Go by how you feel and Challenge Yourself !!! *
