men start at 155
women start at 105
men add 10lbs every minute
women add 5lbs every minute
you are allowed one, single miss during this workout. reattempt the weight. when you miss another attempt (at that or any subsequent weight), you are done.
Modify your starting weight as needed. I would like you to be able to get at least 8-10 minutes.
