1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Burpees

Round 1 is 10 swings and 1 burpee.
Round 2 is 9 swings and 2 burpees.
So on until 1 swing and 10 burpees.

The official WLC retest will be Saturday at 10am!

      2 months ago we began the whole life challenge. One of the scores items was a workout pre and post the challenge. Tomorrow we redo the workout to see improvement.
