We will do doing the CrossFit Open as the workout of the day, you are encouraged to come to the MAIN EVENT at 6pm. We will be doing the workout in heats starting at 6:00pm, 6:30pm and 7:00pm. This is kind of a logistics tough WOD with the 6″ burpees so please show up early and get a heat assignment. During the main event we are encouraging folks to bring a paleo style snack to share. The bigger the crowd the better everyone will do. Please come cheer on the rest of Team Boise CrossFit. And remember, there is a bar just next door to celebrate a successful first WOD!
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible
