Run 200m
7 Hang Snatches (full squat) 135/95#

*Rest 1 minute after each round.

    I CrossFit because…
    -it gives me an outlet for stress
    -I meet awesome people
    -I like getting stronger
    -the lingo is fun to use
    -no other feeling compares when you murder a workout 🙂

    I CrossFit because I like the variety, camaraderie, and community. During a class, I feel like I’m part of a team and when someone makes a breakthrough or gets a PR, I feel like we’ve all won. Also I’ve always been one of those crazy people who like to challenge themselves physically and CrossFit definitely fits the bill for that. I’m gonna have to start wearing only long sleeves, though, ‘cuz I’m starting to get tired of people commenting on my arms.
