Twins (Time)

Two rounds, of each couplet, for time of:

750 meter Row

20 Handstand Push-ups

115 pound Thruster, 20 reps

20 L-Pull-ups
You’ll do 2 rounds of row-hspu and immediately move to 2 rounds of thruster-L pull-up.

*Clarification on L-pullups. They are meant to be done strict. Adding any momentum or “kipping” into an L-pullup is modifying the intent. Its a perfect acceptable scale, but a strict pullup without an L is closer to the intended stimulus.
