        You’re too kind Leslie. Since you did the workout too, you would know it was an odd feeling of strength+conditioning. I was coughing like I was doing hard cardio, but really wasn’t moving very fast because it was heavy.

          I did the strength part Rx but had to bail out two reps early on that last round of 5…it was messing with my low back, ouch. I need to invest in my own lifting belt, I think.

          And the “BW” squat cleans…haha, that was kinda a joke (I was no where near BW). And Chazz shook his head at me after two reps and said why don’t you just do power cleans. Thank you, Lord Jesus!

    Squats at 303-335-355
    36 squat cleans at 185. I would like to redo this and try for 40… Ok on second thought I definetly don’t want to redo this

    I’m liking this CrossFit Woman’s Creed. Makes me feel better about always being scroungy at the gym. I’m not too lazy to put on make-up and do my hair, it’s my creed.
